The a double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well-stocked with so much space. A microwave oven and a fridge were provided if needed.

This is surely the best beach hotel, excellent and accommodating staff, large rooms.

had a fantastic summer at the ascend resort, exceeded expectations after previous disappointing stay in dennisport. loved the ocean view, helpful staff, and clean unit. looking forward to booking again in the future for family and friends.

Instant upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite upon check-in. Staff are extremely helpful, and this hotel is right on the beach.

Self contained unit had everything you would need in a unit at the seaside and was large, clean and comfortable.

Wi Fi did not work efficiently. Poor signal.

Awesome view from parking lot. Changed accommodations on birthday weekend. Best decision to stay at Breakers Resort. Pleased with our stay.

Staff mixed up billing. We reserved with one credit card and requested another be used for payment. Incorrect card was billed. At check-in all the staff was preoccupied with baseball team that needed to stay additional night. Understandable, however it took only one person to check us in and there were several available to help the rest. That one person checking us in was not attentive. One set of keys did not work in the lock, we mentioned it to the staff so they could correct the problem, they acted as if they didn't believe us and asked us to hang on to them until the end of our stay. We loved the out of the way location, we loved the beach, area restaurants available were good. Only one person on your staff could not be attentive for a few minutes to make us feel more welcome. To bad!!

We had an amazing stay on our solo getaway in November. The hotel was located in a great neighborhood, right on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.
